What is 'light Asian fusion' anyway? That's what we do! Taking years upon years of culinary experience in some of the nation's most noteworthy hotels, combining it with a simple desire to create dishes that every person can enjoy, and for good measure add in flavors found in the East (and I don't mean New Jersey) and you'll get close to what we mean by 'light Asian fusion'. But don't think it stops there, no sir! When you're here you're. well we probably should say it due to copyright laws, but you know what we're getting at. The fact of the matter is that there is something for everyone; from the dedicated vegetarian to the traditional meat and potatoes fanatic, the only trouble you'll have is selecting just one item. |
